Official Production Launched! The First GOVY AirCab Model from Gaoyu Successfully Rolled Off the Line

According to reports, GaoYu’s intelligent manufacturing production line in Guangzhou is designed with an annual capacity of 100 units, establishing a full-process production system covering parts supply, complete aircraft assembly, performance testing, and finished product delivery. The composite materials workshop of the production line adopts an aerospace-grade Class 100,000 cleanroom standard and is capable of precision manufacturing of carbon-fiber components. The final assembly workshop has introduced a pulsed production line with positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm, while the flexible production line can rapidly expand capacity according to demand. To date, the company has filed 264 patent applications and built full-chain capabilities spanning R&D, intelligent manufacturing, mass production, and delivery. By integrating aerospace safety standards with automotive production processes, it has addressed the industry’s early-stage challenges of insufficient production capacity and non-standardized manufacturing processes.
In terms of compliance development, GOVY has obtained AS9100D aerospace quality management system certification, covering the entire process from product R&D, production, testing, to iterative upgrades. The mass-production model of the GOVY AirCab has successfully completed a number of airworthiness-critical tests, including full-aircraft static tests, system durability tests, and electromagnetic compatibility tests. Going forward, the company will continue to refine its products in line with civil aviation airworthiness standards and steadily advance the certification process. In the future, GOVY will leverage resources across Guangzhou’s Huangpu and Huadu districts, as well as Shenzhen and other regions, to expand low-altitude application scenarios, improve its commercial operation system, help build a three-dimensional mobility ecosystem in the Greater Bay Area, and promote the standardized and large-scale development of China’s low-altitude economy.
