Zhuhai Senhong’s ex-factory quotations for PC/ABS alloy remained unchanged across the board today, with no upward or downward adjustments. Spot supply in the market is ample, and all transactions are uniformly based on cash payment, tax-inclusive, and self-pickup terms. Prices for large-volume purchases are negotiable. At present, fluctuations in upstream PC and ABS raw materials are limited, while downstream end users are purchasing only as needed. The manufacturer currently has no plan to adjust prices, and the overall market remains in a strong wait-and-see mood.

The factory's products are divided into three major categories: electroplating, general non-flame retardant, and halogen-free flame retardant. The high-gloss black BK grade has a fixed premium of 300 yuan/ton compared to the natural color material, with clear differentiation in performance and pricing. The price for the electroplating grade TO-630 is 13,300 yuan/ton, with an impact strength of >36 and a melt flow rate of 30-33, making it a specialized base material for electroplated plastic housings, supported by stable demand for essential orders.

The general non-flame-retardant series covers multiple levels of demand: Basic model TO-2300 in natural color is priced at 11,500 yuan/ton, and black material at 11,800 yuan/ton, offering the best cost-performance ratio; Upgraded model TO-2300H has improved toughness, with a price increase of 500 yuan; High flow model TO-2600 is suitable for thin-walled injection molding, priced at 14,000 yuan/ton in natural color; The high-end heat-resistant model TO-2800 has an impact resistance exceeding 80, making it the highest priced in this series at 15,600 yuan/ton, primarily used for high-demand structural components.

The halogen-free flame-retardant material meets the environmental requirements of electronic and electrical applications. TO-3100, a standard flame-retardant natural color grade, is priced at RMB 13,800/ton; TO-3300, a high-flow grade with a melt flow index of 60-65, offers significant advantages in thin-wall molding, with a natural color price of RMB 14,100/ton, and black material is priced RMB 300/ton higher.

At the market level, downstream demand is clearly differentiated: small ordinary home-appliance components mainly procure low-priced general-purpose materials and only replenish inventories in small batches; demand for electroplated parts and new-energy electronic components remains stable and rigid, with relatively low sensitivity to price fluctuations; demand for high-heat-resistant specialty grades is niche, with limited sales volume. In the short term, raw materials lack a clear one-sided upward or downward driver, while downstream operating rates remain low. PC/ABS modified materials prices are likely to continue running steadily, with transactions mostly relying on negotiated volume sales. If upstream monomers decline across the board, modified material ex-factory prices may subsequently follow downward.

For procurement, TO-2300 can be selected for ordinary products to control costs; TO-630 is dedicated to electroplated parts; for electronic flame-retardant parts, choose standard or high-flow halogen-free grades as needed; discounts may be negotiated for bulk purchases.
