Juicer
LG Chem will apply PCR ABS material made through mechanical recycling to the juicer housing, with a recycled content of 30% and a carbon emission reduction of more than 20%. In addition, the material meets the GRS and UL ECV certification standards.
Dishwasher
LG Chem's matte ABS offers excellent matte texture, skin-friendly feel, and cost-saving benefits. It can achieve a high-grade matte finish on injection-molded products using a glossy mold, with a gloss level of 10~20º (degrees), mainly applied in high-end home appliance products and other fields.
Low luster extruded ABS products have excellent high-temperature tensile strength, enabling excellent vacuum forming results. At the same time, they combine high chemical resistance and low luster properties, meeting food contact standards. This material is suitable for home appliances such as refrigerators and garment care machines.
The product adopts PCR ABS material made by LG Chem through mechanical recycling, with a PCR content of 85% and is certified by GRS and UL ECV. Compared to traditional ABS products, it can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 60%.
