Groundbreaking! anhui jinhu riyli to produce 40 million modified plastic pieces annually

Anhui Kumho Sunny’s R&D and production project with an annual output of 40 million modified plastic products officially broke ground in Lu’an, Anhui. The project is a key high-end modified plastics project launched in western Anhui.

Anhui Jinhui Rili New Materials Co., Ltd. was registered and established on January 7, 2026. It is located at the intersection of Longchi Road and Chunhui Road, Sanshibu, Jin'an District, Lu'an City, and is wholly invested and established by Shanghai Jinhui Rili.

Leveraging cross-regional industrial collaboration resources among six Shanghai-related areas, the project fills the local gap in high-end modified plastics production capacity, builds a large-scale and specialized intelligent new materials manufacturing system, empowers the upgrading and expansion of local new energy, home appliance, and electronics industry chains, and supports the development of a high-quality new materials supporting cluster in the Yangtze River Delta.

In terms of economic benefits, the project will be implemented in phases. Upon completion and full production of Phase I, the annual revenue is expected to be no less than RMB 900 million, with annual tax payments of no less than RMB 20 million. After the entire project is put into operation, the guaranteed annual operating revenue will be RMB 1.6 billion, with annual tax payments of no less than RMB 35 million.

As a leading domestic modified plastics enterprise, the implementation of this project will improve the industrial chain layout of new materials in western Anhui and strengthen the supporting production capacity of modified plastics in the Yangtze River Delta.
