For automotive battery system design, the OnFlex™ TPE customized solution is specifically developed for battery pack cooling tube applications. It delivers excellent adhesion to PA12, thereby improving compression set, while offering good sealing performance and resistance to ethylene glycol. It also demonstrates outstanding test results in ISO 3384-1:2011 for compression set of thermoplastic elastomers and ISO 11359-2:1999 for coefficient of linear thermal expansion.
