Reference prices for AA/BG stood at 10,200–11,100 RMB/ton, AA/EG at approximately 9,000–9,400 RMB/ton, and AA/BG/EG at 9,400–9,900 RMB/ton, showing slight fluctuations compared to the previous working day. The market price of the raw material adipic acid (AA) increased. Today, most distributors suspended their offers, while a few offered at high prices, reflecting a cautious overall market sentiment. Ethylene glycol (EG) market prices continued their upward trend as supply-side pressure eased, supported by the maintenance shutdown of a 400,000-ton unit in South China and an improvement in the macroeconomic atmosphere.
