It¡¯s mainly used to produce biomass pellet from the materials, such as wood chips(like pine, white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shaving, rich husk, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, straw(wheat straw, corn stover), cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagasse, palm fiber, paper, non-physical materials. Advantage: 1.Mould is veitical, feed, vertically, free of arch, easy cooling. 2.Mould is static, while the pressure is rotated, the material is centrifuged and distributed around uniformly. 3.High pressure, suitable for materials which is hard to be pressured. Working Principle: Material into inner of pellet machine from the feeding put, under the function of centrifugal force, the material will be fling to the inner of die, form a ring layer uniformly, and the ring layer material will be within die an roller, after the extruding of die and roller, a column pellet will be formed. The pellet will be cutted via the cutting knife fixing in the shell.
