Dongguan Xinyuan Nonwoven Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, located in the Xixi Industrial Park of Liaobu Town, Dongguan City. It is a private technology enterprise and an integrated factory for nonwoven fabric and nonwoven products in China. The company's products have passed the quality certification by the National Quality Assurance Center of Light Industry and the China International Green Environmental Protection Management Center, with all technical indicators meeting national standards. After years of trials and tribulations, the company has gradually moved towards a mature stage of development: from initially producing and selling only nonwoven fabrics to now offering a full range of production for nonwoven products. In 2005, the company established a product manufacturing plant, specializing in the production of various bags and storage series; in 2006, the company independently developed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned its third spun-bond nonwoven fabric production line.
