We are not responsible if you wait too long to pick your item(s) up.) Online purchases that are shipped: This means you have 10 days from the day your item is delivered to your address. The package does not have to arrive to us within the 10 day period, but it must be post marked within the 10 days. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free of smells, and in the original state that it arrived to you. All SALE/CLEARANCE items, accessories, gift items, jewelry, and swimwear are non refundable and non returnable. Anything that is purchased at a discount of over 20% off is considered a sale item and is not eligible for a return.
