The REDI Lakeshore Rd project leveraged REDI funding to provide shoreline stabilization, mitigation of erosion, and incorporation of natural components to providing resiliency to Lakeshore Road. The Lancaster Village Center is a redevelopment project that revived the historic central business district while being respectful of historic places and natural resources. Constructed in 1904 for the Mutual Assurance Society of Virginia, the Mutual Building boasts numerous amenities and two luxury fully furnished short term rental suites. The M&T Tech Hub was the anchor project in the redevelopment of Buffalo’s tallest skyscraper. The Ohio Street Development project in Buffalo, NY involved the development of a Complete Street concept within a former industrial zone. The Pardee at Elmwood Crossing is an urban, mixed use infill development located on the site of the former Women’s and Children’s Hospital at the corner of Elmwood and Bryant, connecting the eclectic Elmwood Village with the Delaware District.
