The Group had its beginning in 1982, with a company named Sunny Enterprise, a sole proprietor business, which was a production manufacturer/distributor for Audio & Visual Cleaner (Kowa, etc…) at Puchong, Kuala Lumpur. The sole proprietor business was subsequently incorporated into a private limited company 1985 under the name of Sunny Sales (M) Sdn Bhd. In 1989, the company started to manufacturer new fragrances (safari, amber, etc…) for household and office use. As business improved and progressed, the factory started to take a step further into invent/manufacturer all types of car care and motor care products from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and marketed them under the “WAXCO” brand name in 1992. Made In Malaysia Product As the first brand of “Made in Malaysia” car care products registered in Malaysia , the management of the WAXCO products eventually is manufacturing them as 100% local products using the local materials under the private labeling OEM for numerous leading names in the industry. This would reduce the dependency on foreign suppliers; result in lower manufacturing cost and foreign exchange saving for the government. Formerly, the main field business only spread throughout Malaysia . Subsequently, with its high quality policy on products and better services, SUNNY GROUP has successfully built up a comprehensive sales network to Asia Countries (China, Singapore, Thailand, Mongolia, Indonesia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Cambodia, etc..), Middle East Countries ( Saudi Arabia , India , Caribbean Island etc ..)
