Bacillus Subtilis which is gram positive and not killed by heat and was found to live on the NASA satellite for 6 years, part of the same family as anthrax and it is a soil based bacterium affecting the gut and bizarrely can be used as a probiotic as a prep for intestinal disorders.

Bacillus cereus is a raw food bacteria which is particularly relevant to the food industry.
A toxin-producing gram-positive bacterium found in soil, vegetation, and food.
It commonly causes intestinal illnesses with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
However, it has been associated with serious infections in immunocompromised hosts and can cause septicemia as well as endophthalmitis, which can lead to vision loss.
It has the ability to form spores which allows it to survive longer in extremes of temperature.
