INTRODUCTION: WBAK is an industry specific association bringing together over 250 small, medium and large water bottling | Refillers and Water Vending companies spread across the country. WBAK was formed in 2018 to  enhance consultations and collaborations with all stakeholders in the bottled water industry.The stakeholders  include consumers, investors, suppliers, Government and Government agencies. Our main objective is to ensure provision of quality affordable bottled water and water vending  to consumers while supporting the economic, health and environmental prosperity of the Nation Core Values Ethics and integrity A shared passion Advocacy and education Science-based decision making Collaboration Performance-based standards Our Mission | Our Vision | Our Objectives Mission To account for the safety of every drop provided to Kenyans by our water bottlers | re-fillers | vendors in Kenya. Vision Ensure clean and safe drinking water is available to all,anywhere and at any one time. Objectives to inform and advise members about various aspects of government regulation and compliance. ensure that high safety standards of quality are met for bottled water by our members to self-regulate the industry for the greater good of the citizens Chairperson Word Forming WBAK was an idea whose time had come.Initially. the fate of bottlers and refillers would be decided in some boardrooms somewhere, but now,we have a voice and a representation as an equal stakeholder.I welcome all bottlers to join hands with us and lets chart the course of the industry as citizens ,investors ,employers and taxpayers.
