WINPICS helps create successful programs State of the Art heat sink design & manufacturing services Heat Sinks Stamped and Assembled via Automation For the past few years WINPICS has been designing and developing electronic thermal management products and proprietary manufacturing processes that will reduce the weight and size as well as improve performance of heat sinks used in high volume passive and active electronic thermal management applications. We offer 2 or more part designs that eliminate the need for die casting, extruding of metal and machining allowing us to produce thin fin heat sink assembles with options like vent holes, water pipe holes and mounting holes prior to forming then use pick & place to put parts into an automation assembly, inspection and packaging cell.
