Furthermore, as a brand, we felt that using the name “SkyPad” limited the scope of the entire company, even though it was the name of a product. At WALLHACK, we aim to disrupt the conventions of gaming peripherals. Imagine if all your essential gaming gear performed as well as SkyPad. Well, that's what we're after at Wallhack. What is the new direction of the brand? At Wallhack, we want to offer performance-driven gaming peripherals that embody a functional Nordic design philosophy without relying on superficial enhancements. We aim to build simple gaming gear in capability and composition. We have all been limited by gaming gear with excessive RGB specifications. We want to offer a curated selection of products that open the door to competitive gaming gear and offer a different look from what currently exists. What is our new brand vision and community? We create the highest quality gaming peripherals that improve performance and reliability. We focus on enhancing the gaming lifestyle and celebrating the diversity and spirit of the gaming community. As our brand grows and distances itself from our target audience, we maintain close ties with the followers and fans who have been with us since the beginning. What about SkyPad? SkyPad will continue to exist as a glass pad with a new design that better fits our new branding and direction. Instead of being named "SkyPad 3.0", it will be stylized as "Wallhack SP-003". The overall design will be different, but the surface and excellent performance will remain the same. Please look forward to even bigger advances in the SkyPad product line in the future. What will happen to Sora and Yume? The story of Sora and Yume continues. We look forward to further expanding the story of these twin characters. We have created an entire world in which their story unfolds. We look forward to sharing more of it with you through future releases, videos, and more. What about the SKYPAD I recently ordered? Your order will be fulfilled with either the old SkyPad 3.0 or the new SP-004 design, depending on availability. However, if you have specific preferences, be sure to email support@wallhack.com. Is my warranty still valid? Do you honor the SKYPAD warranty? Absolutely! Our rebranding is a visual way to better communicate our goals and designs as a company. Previous warranties are not affected in any way. We will continue to honor previous warranties and are committed to providing excellent service. What about your social media? What about Reddit, YouTube, Twitter, Discord, email, newsletters, etc.? Our social media platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and Discord will undergo a rebranding and communication process to ensure that our mission and vision as a company are properly communicated. In some cases, if social media platforms do not allow name changes, new accounts will be created and shared. That being said, we will not abandon or ignore customers or comments on previous SkyPad accounts.
