The “Vive Saludable” platform of the Social Security Fund (CSS) will provide information, recommendations and advice to keep the population in a good state of health and prevent diseases. The information will be classified by sections according to the age group, within which content related to nutrition, physical activity, common diseases, immunization, growth and development of the child, pregnancy, etc. will be displayed. OBJECTIVE The objective of this project is to promote healthy lifestyles through physical activity, healthy eating and the practice of good habits. Access to the tools that allow "self-care" in the population is an essential function of primary care in health systems. As part of this philosophy, the “Vive Saludable” platform provides patients with the possibility of having at their disposal a website that provides information, videos and activities, focused on health care, from anywhere. WHO ARE WE? This initiative is led by the National Directorate of Primary Care of the CSS, with the support of the different specialists who make up the health programs. These professionals are responsible for providing the population with all the recommendations to help them maintain a good state of health, through strengthening the immune system.
