We specialize in artistic wedding and milestone event cakes with a focus on local and high-quality ingredients. Founded in the basement of my parents' home at the age of 19, what began as a delightful side venture quickly evolved into my full-time pursuit. My passion for cake designing started at a young age and quickly grew when I began working in a bakery at 15 years old. I slowly realized that I not only loved baking and creating, but I had a niche for the craft that I couldn’t ignore. I took my work experience and started my home baking business a few years later and it quickly grew with the support of my amazing community. While starting Vita’s Cakery, I completed my Pastry Arts studies at Macomb Community College to become a Certified Pastry Chef. I also had the honor of being featured in the Macomb Now magazine and Macomb College publications during my studies. As owner and cake designer at Vita’s Cakery, I love what I do and find the upmost joy in practicing and growing in my craft. I am so thankful to be able to continuously share my passion with my community and continue growing.
