On arrival at the factory, rice samples are drawn to determine yield, after-cooking characteristics, broken percentage, and odor in the rice. To produce the best export-quality rice, highly skilled and qualified people work in the purchase, production, quality control departments, etc. For quality assurance, rice is inspected at every stage of production. Quality Control departments work independently and are answerable to the top management. VF owns a spacious and hygienic warehousing facility with a capacity of 20000 MT. This allows the management to be more flexible in storing raw materials and producing different stages. Stocks are monitored from time to time and fumigated. VF is proud to produce the highest quality parboiled rice available. By soaking, steaming, and drying the rice, we are able to remove the outer layer of the kernels with our husking machines. Our brown rice is then fed into whitening machines to produce the premium parboiled rice that we are known for. One of the benefits of our parboiled rice is that it is enriched with essential vitamin B and protein.
