I have worked for Vision Associates for 10 years, and what drew me here was the relationship that they have with doctors' offices. The difference between a retail space and here is the fact that we actually get to be there for the patient. Rather than being pressured to make sales, we get to uncover the needs of the patient and get them the product that is best for them. This is what I love about this position. People are not customers, they are patients and they really value and respect your recommendations. We provide a nice medical atmosphere with fantastic hours. We don’t work on weekends and have off on holidays which creates a nice work environment for families. Our job is to be there for the patients and uncover the best way to fix their needs and get them the glasses that fit them best. Vision Associates is there to answer patient questions and make sure they leave with what they need. In the end it comes down to excellent patient care.
