ViarValvole industrial process is governed by “Lean Production” to grant flexibility and reliability. Procurement of raw material is done on job basis from a list of suppliers which have been qualified by Quality Assurance. The origin of the raw materials is always Italian or Western European only. Machining activities are sub-contracted to skilled long-time partner sub-suppliers, while the most critical components are machined internally.
