Origin and concept of the brand name "Vi-FA" is a coined word that combines "Victory" and "Factory" (a workshop that manufactures everything). Our concept is to make RC (radio control) more fun. With the products of Vi-FA, we would like to enrich the radio control life of our customers. About our products We mainly produce parts with FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and FFF (Fused Filament Deposition) 3D printers. In the future, we also plan to offer CNC-machined products made of carbon and aluminum, as well as products from industrial 3D printers. The materials used are optimally selected according to their properties and application. Types and properties of materials PLA Although it is hard and easy to print, it has low heat resistance and can break easily. Therefore, we use an original material based on PLA with added modifiers. Improved PLA is 20 times harder than normal PLA. PETG It is a softer material that is less likely to break than PLA and has better heat resistance than PLA. It has high viscosity and a high coefficient of friction, and printing requires special techniques. ABS It is an excellent material with high heat resistance and mechanical strength. High temperatures are required for printing, and measures to prevent shrinkage after printing are also important. It is a difficult material to print because its strength decreases significantly if it is not printed under suitable conditions. ASA The material is extremely weather-resistant and is suitable for environments exposed to direct sunlight as well as wind and rain. It has properties similar to ABS. PA12 (Nylon) This material has both flexibility and high heat resistance, making it difficult to break and suitable for areas that require some softness. TPU A thermoplastic polyurethane material that is ideal for applications requiring shock absorption, such as front bumpers. It is as flexible as rubber and quickly returns to its original shape. PC (Polycarbonate) It is an excellent material with properties that far exceed those of ABS. For CNC machining, we also use dry carbon and duralumin and select the most suitable materials for each product.
