VALEMOUR is a company generator that was created to promote the employment of young people with intellectual disabilities. Its style is based on the relationship between for-profit and non-profit companies. VALEMOUR is a work training model aimed at young people with intellectual disabilities and companies that intend to hire them. The aim is to facilitate relations between for-profit and non-profit worlds, between companies and new employees, creating a sustainable and ethical work inclusion process. In this context, VALEMOUR has launched projects that allow disabled children to cooperate and support the model itself. GOODFOOD A single service to meet projects of corporate catering, internal welfare and inclusion of people with disabilities. Our handmade products: paintings, sewn and packaged by people with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities. Bags, scarves, backpacks: each piece is unique and original. Company services for job placement We create training courses (hubs) for the acquisition of pre-work skills for disabled children. The methods of hiring can be of two types: directly in the cooperative or through training internships in companies, with employment opportunities, and support and tutoring by the educator.
