The outer cover is made with a waterproof and breathable polyester with heat-bonded TPU laminate. The inner cover is made of a quick-drying polyester mesh, perfect for catching number twos. 2. If unsoiled, simply rinse with cold water after use and hang to dry. If soiled, remove any solids, wash at 40-60 degrees with detergent, and air dry. The lightweight fabric means they will dry relatively fast, but if you need a boost, toss into a clothes dryer on low for a short time. 9.
