Cancellation Policy Our products are made to order and Cancellation and Refund arising as a result of cancellation is not accepted once the order is placed or the payment is made to Urbanloom. Warranty Details (Returns & Refunds) 90 days Limited Warranty Urbanloom hereby guarantees to the original retail purchaser (“You/Your”) of Urbanloom branded Bean Bag Cover (“Product”), that the Product is free from defects in material, design and workmanship if used in accordance with the operating instructions and pursuant to the following terms and conditions. The limited warranty covers 90 days from the date purchase of the Product from Urbanloom. We warrant the Product to You against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 90 days from the date of Your original retail purchase from Urbanloom. This warranty only flows to You, as evidenced by a valid invoice and is not assignable and/or transferable. If the Product proves defective in material and workmanship during the warranty period, and You follow the instructions that we will provide to You for returning the Product, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions without any extra charge to You; (i) replace the Product with a similar Urbanloom Bean Bag cover if the product is in unused condition with original packaging and tags. Replacement window is only till 10 days of the delivery of the product given product is unused and in original tags. (ii) repair the Urbanloom Bean Bag cover if the product has already been used and the issue arises after usage (iii) refund to You the purchase price of the Product by means of a gift voucher or any other mode as decided by Urbanloom, if Urbanloom is unable to repair/replace the product. Our service team may ask you for photographs of damage and other information to decide the cause of the defect. Urbanloom reserves all rights to reject the refund request and the final decision of whether the nature of defect comes under manufacturing defect will be made by Urbanloom. This warranty does not extend to any claims arising out of the Product’s suitability in terms of size or colour for your use. You can select the color and size of urbanloom products by consulting urbanloom size charts. We do not make any representation or warranty as to the suitability of the Product for any particular use. This limited warranty shall not be applicable in event it is identified by Urbanloom that the Product is not used as specified in the instructions provided with the Product. All Products that You return to Urbanloom and for which we give You a replacement or refund will become Urbanloom’s property upon Urbanloom’s receipt, and You agree that any unexpired part of this limited warranty on the replaced Product also transfers to Urbanloom. Failure to ship the damaged Product back to Urbanloom may result in You being charged for the replacement Product at full retail price. This warranty is governed by the laws of India. This limited warranty applies only to Products purchased within the territory of India ("Territory'') and from Urbanloom alone. Replacement Product will only be shipped to addresses within the Territory, and refunds will only be credited to accounts located with the Territory. Urbanloom shall not, under any circumstance, whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty, tort, or otherwise, be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenues or any other costs or damages. This warranty shall not in any manner extend to personal injury and/or death caused by the user's own negligence; and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the remedies in this warranty are the claimant’s sole and exclusive remedies and Urbanloom’s sole liability, howsoever arising out of, relating to or in connection with this warranty, shall not under any circumstances exceed the Product’s purchase price as on the invoice. This warranty does not cover minor imperfections in the Product arising out of the handcrafted nature of the product while the product broadly meets design specifications, or imperfections that do not materially alter the Product’s functionality. Usage Instructions : All the urbanloom bean bag covers should be hand-washed in cold water using only mild detergent and dried in shade.Keep away from sharp objects and fire. Load the bean bag only till recommended weight.Urbanloom bean bags are meant for only 1 single adult unless otherwise indicated. Customer service will ask You questions to determine Your eligibility under this limited warranty. If You are eligible, a repair/replacement will be processed or refund will be issued, and You will be given instructions for returning the defective Product Once the product is shipped back, the tracking id of the courier should be shared with us at support@urbanloom.in. For all replacement requests arising due to defects in manufacturing, the onus of shipping the product back is on you, however the shipping charges of repaired/replaced product will be borne by Urbanloom. Further Limitation. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES.
