As experts in lighting systems and electronic control units (ECUs), we offer our customers the development, production and series delivery of innovative systems and components for automobiles and motorcycles. Our focus is primarily on the vehicle domains of body and interior as well as central functions (e.g. central control units and gateways). We are regarded as specialists in the implementation of attractive customer functions, especially in the application areas of exterior and interior lighting as well as mechatronic comfort functions based on DC or BLDC motors. What unites us is the unconditional will to create innovative solutions and thus develop, manufacture and deliver the products of the future at the highest technical level. For these reasons, numerous renowned customers in the automotive sector rely on us as a competent and trustworthy partner. Since 2018 we are a subsidiary of the automotive supplier Uno Minda (Minda Industries Limited), which allows us to implement our strategic investment and growth plans on a solid economic basis. HISTORIE Through a spin-off of the automotive business of iSYS Software GmbH, iSYS RTS GmbH was founded in 2004 with the aim of focusing on development services for embedded systems and ECU projects. At that time – as today – the focus was on the areas of interior and comfort. After only a short time, the young company was offered the opportunity to develop a series ECU and subsequently supply it for a premium class vehicle. Thus, we have been an established series supplier in the small to medium series segment since 2007. Through close and long-term cooperation with customers and partners, the company has succeeded in continuously expanding this product area, constantly increasing its competences and added value, and being able to supply ever higher series quantities. Parallel to this, DELVIS GmbH was founded in 2008, which emerged from a former engineering company. From the beginning, DELVIS specialised in development services for the exterior and interior lighting of vehicles. Due to the high competence of the employees and the great demand for innovative lighting systems, the company was able to grow very quickly and establish several locations in Germany, each in close proximity to the OEMs. Just like iSYS RTS, DELVIS also succeeded in establishing a business division for series supply in addition to development services. Logo projectors, illuminated emblems, front and rear lights for small and medium series volumes have since been part of the company’s product range. In order to be able to continue to solidly finance the strong growth, the UNO MINDA Group (Minda Industries Ltd.) joined iSYS RTS GmbH as the main shareholder in 2018. A little more than a year later, the same step was taken at DELVIS. Since both companies had overlapping as well as almost perfectly complementary competences, it quickly became clear that a re-bundling of the business areas would lead to a much more powerful offer for the joint customers as well as to more attractive employers. Since April 2022, therefore, series development and series supply for ECU projects and lighting systems have been bundled in UNO MINDA Systems GmbH, while development services are offered by the sister company CREAT GmbH. Today, we develop the innovative solutions at our sites in Munich, Regensburg and Reutlingen, which we manufacture at our production sites in Munich and La Carolina (Spain) and which we experience in new vehicles a few years later.
