Formed in 1994, SDI has designed, manufactured, and supported advanced ultrasonic systems throughout the U.S., and is now supplying systems internationally as well.  Our customers include many of the busiest NDT labs in the U.S., high demand Tier 2 suppliers in the aerospace and automotive industries, and even several universities who use our user-friendly equipment to teach their students the fundamentals of Ultrasonic Testing. SDI has three current UT Level III’s that can talk directly with our customers to assist with training and troubleshooting, and to fully understand their UT needs. They can then speak directly with SDI’s own software development team, who are well-versed in the needs of UT inspectors, if any software upgrades need to be developed quickly. Not having to go through a 3rd party, or someone who is not familiar with UT, ensures that SDI can move quickly to meet our customers’ needs.
