DONGFENG PEUGEOT CITROEN AUTOMOBILE COMPANY LTD (hereinafter referred to as "DPCA" or "the Company") was established in May 1992. It is a passenger vehicle manufacturing and operating enterprise jointly built by Dongfeng Motor Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfeng") and Groupe PSA (hereinafter referred to as "PSA Group"), with a registered capital of 7 billion RMB, each holding 50% of the shares. At present, DPCA has formed a grand business layout, with its headquarters located in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. In Wuhan, it has established the Wuhan Plant (including three complete passenger vehicle manufacturing units), Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., Longxin Chengshi Second-hand Car Operation and Management Co., Ltd., and Sunshine Craftsman Auto Service Co., Ltd. In Chengdu, it has established the Chengdu Plant; in Xiangyang, it has the Xiangyang Plant; in Beijing, it has set up Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Finance Co., Ltd. The company's business scope covers the manufacture and sales of whole vehicles and parts, auto finance, import and export, second-hand cars, and branded chain repair services, featuring domestically advanced stamping, welding, painting, final assembly, and engine, axle, and transmission production processes, with all equipment reaching international advanced levels. DPCA owns two joint venture brands, Dongfeng Citroen and Dongfeng Peugeot. The main models of Dongfeng Citroen currently include C5 Aircross, C4 Aircross, new C3-XR, C6, C5, new C4L, C4 Sedan, and New Elysee. The main models of Dongfeng Peugeot include 5008, 4008, 3008, 2008, new 508L, 408, and 308, covering both SUVs and multiple sedan segments. Meanwhile, under the guidance of the strategy of "Greater Dongfeng, Greater Independence, Greater Synergy," DPCA is actively developing its own brand for the joint venture, having launched three models: Dongfeng Fukang ES500, Dongfeng A9, and Dongfeng Fengshen L60. At present, the company has nearly 700 4S dealership outlets nationwide.
