Injection mold parts

I am contacting you because we are starting a new project and want to develop a new product. For this product, we need quotations for plastic injection molding and custom silicone manufacturing services. This is our first time working with products like this, so please let me know what information you need for the quotation. We do have a drawing of what we need, which I am attaching to this message. The pieces we were thinking the material should be silicone. But we are open to recommendations. This product will come in contact with food, so we need the material to be safe.
