Fluorine-lined Gate Valve Product Introduction:
The fluorine-lined gate valve is divided into: straight-through fluorine-lined gate valve, direct-flow fluorine-lined gate valve, and angle fluorine-lined gate valve. It has advantages such as compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and short stroke (generally 1/4 of the nominal diameter). It is widely used in pipeline systems in petroleum and chemical industries for medium cutoff. However, it is emphasized that the fluorine-lined gate valve is strictly prohibited from being used for flow regulation to avoid erosion of the sealing surface caused by high-speed medium flow at the throttling port.
Fluorine-lined Gate Valve Application Range:
The fluorine-lined gate valve is suitable for various concentrations of aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidants at temperatures of -50℃ to 150℃. FEP is also suitable for pipelines carrying various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents, as well as other corrosive gases and liquid media.
