Product Introduction of Fluorine-lined Gate Valve:
Gate valve products are a kind of valve with a wedge-shaped gate plate on both sides for opening and closing the medium in the pipeline. Wedge gate valves do not allow for slight opening as throttling devices in the pipeline to prevent damage to the sealing surface due to erosion caused by high-speed flowing medium.
Application Range of Fluorine-lined Gate Valve:
Z41F3,Z41F46 fluorine-lined gate valves are suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid, various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants, and FEP is also suitable for pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkalis, organic solvents, and other corrosive gas and liquid media.
Operating Temperature: -50℃~150℃
Structural Features of Fluorine-lined Gate Valve:
1, the inner cavity of the valve body and bonnet, and the outer surface of the gate plate and valve stem that directly contact the medium are all lined with FEP (F46) and other fluoroplastics;
2, the sealing pair is FPF (F46)/ FEP (F46) or other material combinations, with low friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque;
3, the filler adopts standard PTFE (F4), with good sealing performance and convenient maintenance and replacement;
4, with an elastic gate plate that can compensate for the wedge angle deviation between the gate plate sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface, with good fit and ideal sealing effect;
5, the medium can pass through the gate valve from any direction on both sides, suitable for use as an opening and closing device in pipelines where the direction of the medium may change.
A few product connectors, good overall rigidity.
B fast shut-off speed.
C convenient and flexible opening limit mechanism.
D compact size, beautiful appearance.
E simple operation, labor-saving, convenient maintenance.
F low fluid resistance, minimal erosion of sealing surface by medium.
G no restrictions on medium flow direction, no disturbance, no pressure drop.
