(1) Mechanical Properties
1. Impact Strength: The impact resistance of PC polycarbonate sheet is 250 times that of glass of the same thickness and 30 times that of acrylic sheets.
The impact strength of PC polycarbonate sheet is known as "transparent steel."
2. Good Tensile Strength: PC polycarbonate sheet has excellent heat resistance, and even at 120°C, its tensile strength can still reach 350 kgf/cm².
3. Bending Strength: PC polycarbonate sheet has good bending resistance and does not break even at a bending angle of 90°.
4. Fatigue and Creep Resistance: The creep resistance of PC polycarbonate sheet is among the best in thermoplastic plastics. Even at high temperatures, its creep remains very small.

1. Melting Temperature: The melting temperature of PC polycarbonate sheet is 135°C, with a continuous use temperature of up to 120°C.
2. Coefficient of Linear Expansion: The coefficient of linear expansion is 7×10^-5 cm/cm/°C, which is relatively small among plastics.
3. Brittle Temperature: The brittle temperature of PC polycarbonate sheet is -40°C, with a continuous use temperature of -30°C, which is unmatched by ordinary plastics.
4. Combustibility: PC polycarbonate sheet is one of the flame-retardant self-extinguishing plastics, and it does not produce toxic gases when heated to high temperatures.
