Brief Description:Plastic sheet lithium battery host, a new type of thermosetting molding plastic, is used in transportation, construction, and electrical applications. The BMSJ sheet machine is a production equipment for unsaturated polyester fiberglass reinforced composite materials, which involves adding thickeners, fillers, release agents, and curing agents to polyester resin, impregnating fiberglass yarn, and covering both sides with film to form a sandwich structure.

It consists of several parts including the drive unit, feeding device, barrel, and screws. The functions of each component are similar to those of a single-screw extruder, as shown in Figure 1. The difference from a single-screw extruder is that a twin-screw extruder has two parallel screws placed in a barrel with an "∞" shaped cross-section.

The temperatures of each section on the plastic sheet production equipment barrel gradually increase from the feeding section to the point where the barrel connects with the forming mold.
2, The mold temperature is slightly higher than the barrel temperature, with the difference controlled at 5-10°C. The temperatures at both ends of the mold are slightly higher than the middle, with the difference also controlled at 5-10°C.
3. For the sheet entry, the upper surface of the middle roller among the three rollers should be at the same level as the lower plane of the die lip; the end face of the die lip should be parallel to the centerline of the middle roller, with a distance of 50~100mm.
4. The die lip gap should be slightly less than or equal to the thickness of the sheet product, with the center gap of the die lip being slightly smaller than the gaps at both ends.
5. Note that the surface roughness R of the three rolls should not exceed 0.2 μm. When cleaning the roll surface, do not use a hard steel blade to scrape it; instead, use a copper knife to remove any residue.
6. The roller surface should have some crown; the gap between the three rollers should be equal to or slightly greater than the thickness of the plate.
7. The temperature control of the molding die must be stable. When the temperature is high, the flow rate of the molten material inside the mold increases; when the temperature is low, the flow rate of the molten material inside the mold decreases. Unstable flow rates of the molten material can cause large longitudinal thickness variations in the plate (sheet) products.
8. Pay attention to controlling the working surface temperature of the three rollers, with the entry roller being slightly warmer and the exit roller slightly cooler. If the roller surface temperature is too high, the sheet will not easily detach from the roller, and horizontal lines may appear on the product's surface; if the temperature is too low, the product's surface will lack luster. Based on these phenomena, the roller surface temperature should be adjusted in a timely manner.
9. The operating speed of the three rolls should be slightly higher than the extrusion speed of the sheet from the die, with a general speed difference not exceeding 10%. The working speed of the three rolls must be controlled steadily, as too fast or too slow operation can significantly affect the thickness tolerance of the sheet.
Maintenance:
All lubrication points should be injected with clean lubricating oil at regular intervals and in the prescribed quantities.
2. Equipment maintenance: Regular cleaning, adequate lubrication, proper use, and reasonable maintenance are essential for maintaining the long-term stability of the equipment.
3. At the end of each shift, the dust, oil, water, and adhered material on the surface of the equipment should be wiped clean (e.g., chains, yarn cutting knives, pressure rollers, upper and lower hoppers).
4. Regularly check the working condition of each air line, maintain unobstructed and stable air pressure (adjusted within the set pressure range), and promptly address any leaks or pressure drops.
5. Electrical equipment should be inspected regularly, paying attention to the operational reliability of all interlock and safety devices, checking for any loose connections at the wiring terminals. Before inspecting the electrical equipment, the main power supply to the equipment should be turned off. The grounding of the electrical equipment must be in good condition. Motors should always be kept clean and dry, and dust should be removed periodically.
