Brief Description:Sheet automatic plastic extrusion machine is a new type of thermosetting molding plastic used in transportation, construction, and electrical applications. The main production is sheet molding compound (SMC), a new type of thermosetting molding plastic, used in transportation, construction, and electrical applications. It is a polyester resin mixed with thickeners, fillers, release agents, and curing agents, impregnated with fiberglass roving, and covered on both sides with film to form a sandwich structure, making it an unsaturated polyester fiberglass reinforced composite material production equipment.
 
The main unit adopts a web belt for material pressing, with the press body's lifting and lowering using pneumatic form, and the web belt tension also being adjusted pneumatically. The web belt and material trough are made of stainless steel, and all rollers are first ground and then chrome-plated. The winding section uses a torque motor for driving, allowing the winding speed to be adjusted at any time, with automatic winding and pneumatic clamping to save effort and time. The yarn cutting section uses a variable speed motor to achieve stepless speed change, increasing the range of yarn content, with reliable and accurate adjustment. The yarn cutting roller adopts a spiral design to reduce noise and improve the service life of the rubber roller and blades. The electrical control part uses centralized control to meet production needs.
 
Precautions for Use:
 
The temperature of each section on the plastic sheet production equipment barrel gradually increases from the feeding section to the point where the barrel connects with the forming mold.
 
2. The mold temperature for forming is slightly higher than the barrel temperature, with the difference controlled within 5-10℃. The temperatures at both ends of the mold are slightly higher than the temperature in the middle, with the difference also controlled within 5-10℃.
 
3. For the sheet entry, the upper surface of the middle roller among the three rollers should be on the same horizontal plane as the lower flat surface of the die lip; the end face of the die lip should be parallel to the centerline of the middle roller, with a distance of 50~100mm.
 
4. The die lip gap should be slightly less than or equal to the thickness of the sheet product, with the center gap of the die lip being slightly smaller than the gaps at both ends.
 
5. Note that the surface roughness R of the three rollers should not exceed 0.2 μm. When cleaning the roller surface, do not use a hard steel blade to scrape it; instead, use a copper knife to remove any residue.
 
6. The roller surface should have some crown; the gap between the three rollers should be equal to or slightly greater than the thickness of the plate.
 
7. The temperature control of the molding die must be stable. When the temperature is high, the flow rate of the molten material in the mold increases; when the temperature is low, the flow rate of the molten material in the mold decreases. Unstable flow rates of the molten material can cause large longitudinal thickness variations in the plate (sheet) products.
 
8. Pay attention to controlling the working surface temperature of the three rolls, with the inlet roll temperature being slightly higher and the outlet roll temperature slightly lower. If the roll surface temperature is too high, the sheet will not easily come off the roll, and horizontal lines may appear on the product's surface; if the temperature is too low, the product's surface will lack luster. Based on these phenomena, the roll surface temperature control should be adjusted in a timely manner.

All lubrication points should be injected with clean lubricating oil at regular intervals and in the specified quantities.
 
2. Equipment maintenance: Regular cleaning, adequate lubrication, proper use, and reasonable maintenance are essential for maintaining the long-term stability of the equipment.
 
3. At the end of each shift, the dust, oil, water, and adhered materials on the surface of the equipment should be wiped clean (such as: chains, yarn cutting knives, pressure rollers, upper and lower feed hoppers).
 
4. Regularly check the working condition of each air line, maintain unobstructed and stable air pressure (adjusted within the set pressure range), and promptly address any leaks or pressure drops.
 
5. Electrical equipment should be inspected regularly, paying attention to the reliability of each interlock and safety mechanism, checking for any loose connection terminals. Before inspecting the electrical equipment, the main power supply should be turned off. The grounding of the electrical equipment must be in good condition. Motors should be kept clean and dry at all times, and dust should be removed periodically.
