The XS series shredder is a heavy-duty single-shaft shredder equipped with a powerful two-speed oscillating hydraulic pusher. This design prevents material blockages and reduces wear on internal guides. Constructed using special welding techniques, the mechanical structure is more robust. It offers a 30-40% higher single-machine crushing capacity compared to other brands. Suitable for recycling various types of waste materials. The shredder is fitted with an effective V-type rotor from ACERETECH with a diameter of 750mm and widths ranging from 1500mm to 3000mm. A low speed of 45rpm ensures smooth operation with high torque. The hydraulic station is closely integrated with the shredding chamber, saving space and protecting the hydraulic station while making maintenance and replacement convenient. The XS series heavy-duty single-shaft shredder features an intelligent PLC control system. The rotor can be surface-hardened and wear-resistant treated according to customer requirements. Depending on the characteristics of different shredded materials, we offer optional water-cooling systems to our customers.
