Characteristics
The sanitary pipeline viewing port has a small installation size, low driving torque, is easy and quick to operate, and has good flow regulation and sealing characteristics. It is the dominant form of viewing port used in medium to large diameters and medium-low pressure applications.

Usage instructions
1: Cleaning treatment. Before use, you can gently wipe the surface with a cotton ball soaked in alcohol. Note: Do not use acidic liquids for cleaning to avoid corroding the glass surface.
2: Correctly select gaskets. For working temperatures below 280 degrees, asbestos or PTFE gaskets are sufficient. When the working temperature exceeds 500℃, graphite gaskets are recommended. Note: The thicker the glass, the thicker the gasket should be correspondingly.
3: Apply even force. When installing, do not apply excessive force; it is recommended to tighten the screws evenly in a diagonal manner.
4: Regular inspection. After installation, the glass of the viewing port must be regularly checked, especially in environments containing acidic or alkaline liquids, to monitor the degree of corrosion on the glass surface and ensure the safety of frontline operators.
Maintenance
1. The viewing port is used to observe the flow reaction of liquids, gases, steam, and other media, and its window glass should be kept clean and dust-free.
2. The window glass of the viewing port is considered a consumable part, so care should be taken when installing it.
3. Gaskets should be used between the metal parts for sealing and shock absorption.
