Overview of Lined Plug Valve:
Plug Valve is a valve that uses a plug body with a through hole as the opening and closing element, with the plug body rotating with the valve stem to achieve opening and closing actions. The plug valve opens and closes quickly with low fluid resistance. The basic series includes lined plug valves (fully lined type) and sleeve plug valves (semi-lined type). Plug valves are mainly used to cut off the flow of media.
Structural Features of Plug Valve:
1、X43S type and X44S type are fully lined types, with all flow parts, valve body, and plug surface lined with polymer materials to meet various working conditions.
2、X43F/P type, XD63F/R type, and XC63F/R type are sleeve types, with a specially designed seat sleeve (PTFE or PEEK) combined with a steel plug body to form a sealing pair, and the plug is made of stainless steel (not lined). They have good sealing performance, long service life, self-lubricating properties, and flexible rotation.
