Water-Cement Ratio Rapid Tester

The rapid water-cement ratio testing instrument is based on the paper "Comprehensive Application of Rapid Testing Technology for Fresh Concrete" published in the third issue of "Waterway Engineering" in 1986 by Engineer Pan Min of the Ministry of Transport's Fourth Navigation Bureau. 1. Scope of Application: 1. This instrument is suitable for rapid determination of the water-cement ratio (W/C value) of fresh concrete. 2. It measures the cement content C (grams/liter or kilograms/m³) in a unit volume of concrete. 3. It measures the fineness of cement, specifically the percentage d% of residue on a 0.08 mm sieve. 4. The rapid water-cement ratio testing instrument should have the capacity to determine the specific gravity of cement and aggregates. 2. Structural Performance of the Instrument: 1. This instrument consists of a support frame, water valve, mixing bucket, mixing blade, water sieve, and shaking frame. 2. The mixing of concrete with this instrument is a manual mechanical device, which is simple to operate, requires no energy, and effectively screens out the cement in the concrete. 3. This product is lightweight, portable, and easy to clean after use.
