This machine uses high-permeability, high-efficiency needle-punched non-woven filter material to separate materials and filter air, effectively preventing fine materials from entering the air pump and polluting the surroundings. The operation of this machine relies on high-speed airflow through sealed pipes to transport materials into the hopper body. During feeding, a vortex blower extracts air from the hopper body, causing a pressure drop in the conveying pipe. Material is then drawn in by the suction gun, travels through the conveying hose, and reaches the hopper body where it separates from the air. Within a set time period, the electrical control box's time relay automatically cleans the filter bags using compressed air during the discharge process. After discharging is complete, a signal is sent to restart the air pump, initiating the next cycle of feeding. This cycle repeats to achieve continuous automatic feeding.
