Overview:
The Q661F pneumatic UPVC ball valve features a double union socket connection that allows for quick assembly without the need for special tools. It is compact, wear-resistant, easy to disassemble, convenient for maintenance, and simple to operate. The valve body is made from sanitary, non-toxic, and highly corrosion-resistant materials, lightweight, and widely applicable in various industries, such as: piping systems for pure water and drinking water, drainage and sewage piping systems, saltwater and seawater piping systems, and acid-base and chemical solution systems.
Product Features
1. The pneumatic UPVC ball valve adopts a bidirectional double union structure, allowing it to function both as a union and a valve. The ball valve can be closed without stopping the upstream piping, enabling maintenance work on downstream equipment.
2. The valve body of the pneumatic UPVC ball valve has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. With FPM or EPDM 'O' rings at the union end and PTFE gasket, it can prevent corrosion from most chemicals.
3. The tightness of the gasket can be moderately adjusted. The pipe wall is smooth, which results in lower friction resistance and adhesion when transporting fluids.
4. The pneumatic UPVC ball valve has flame-retardant properties and is self-extinguishing. It has low thermal conductivity, approximately 1/200 that of steel. It is lightweight, equivalent to 1/5 of steel pipes and 1/6 of copper pipes.
5. The heavy ion content in the medium meets ultra-pure water standards, and the sanitary indicators comply with national health standards.
6. Excellent aging resistance and UV resistance significantly extend the normal service life compared to other piping systems.
Pneumatic Actuator
Equipped with a new type of pneumatic actuator, available in double-acting and single-acting (spring return) types, with gear drive, ensuring safety and reliability.
1. Gear-type double-piston, providing high output torque in a compact design.
2. The cylinder is made of aluminum material, lightweight and aesthetically pleasing.
3. Manual operation mechanisms can be installed at the top or bottom.
4. Rack connection allows for adjustable opening angles and rated flow.
5. The actuator can be equipped with electric signal feedback indicators and various accessories for automated operation.
6. The IS05211 standard connection facilitates product installation and replacement.
7. The adjustable end screws allow for a ±4° adjustable range at 0° and 90° for standard products, ensuring synchronization accuracy with the valve.
