2. If the material does not form strips and sticks to the die head when the machine is first turned on, it is due to the die head temperature being too high. Once it cools slightly, it will function normally. Generally, there is no need to stop the machine.
3. The water temperature should generally be between 50-60°C. If it is too low, the strands may break; if it is too high, they may stick together. When starting the machine, half of the water should be hot water. If this is not possible, manually feed the granulator for a while until the water temperature rises, and then let it automatically cut the pellets to avoid strand breakage. Once the water temperature exceeds 60°C, add cold water to the circulation to maintain the temperature.
4. When pelletizing, make sure the strands are evenly pulled before entering the cutting rollers, otherwise, the pelletizer will be damaged. If material is violently spurting out from the vent hole, it indicates that impurities have clogged the filter screen. At this point, the machine must be stopped immediately to replace the screen.
