The PVC conduit and pipe extrusion production line was developed by our company in conjunction with European technology. The main machine is either the SJZ-55/133 or SJZ-65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, equipped with a single-controlled stainless steel cooling and shaping machine for dual pipes and dual conduits. This setup avoids the waste caused by adjusting one pipe affecting the production of another. The automatic single-controlled dual traction and dual cutting machine integrates seamlessly with the dual shaping technology, making operations more flexible and maximizing efficiency. The dual conduits can extrude pipe diameters ranging from Φ20-Φ63mm / Φ10-Φ40mm, fully utilizing the extruder's capacity to achieve high output even when producing small-diameter conduits.
PVC pipe extrusion mold:
(1) Design: Replaceable die and core.
(2) Material: 45# steel or 2Cr13 steel treated for tempering, with internal flow channels coated with hard chrome for strong corrosion resistance; aesthetically pleasing and rust-free appearance.
(3) The sizing sleeve is made of alloy copper. The connecting flange is made of 45# steel with a hard chrome coating.
(4) Heating elements are stainless steel mica heating rings, offering low power consumption, stable heating, and long service life.
(5) Standard components use grade 12.9 high-strength screws to ensure overall performance of the extrusion mold.
