2. Bending of PC Sheets and Panels
The impact resistance of the polycarbonate (PC) sheet can reach 3kg/cm, with the impact strength of PC sheets being 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and 2 times that of tempered glass, thus posing almost no risk of breakage. Dropping a 3kg hammer from a height of two meters does not cause cracks, earning it the nicknames “shatterproof glass” and “sound steel.” The impact resistance of PC boards allows them to be cold-bent at room temperature and can also be hot-bent. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment to perform cold and hot bending processing on PC boards within 2.5 meters.
