(I) Mechanical properties
1. Impact strength: PC endurance board has impact resistance, its impact resistance is 250 times that of glass of the same thickness, and 30 times that of acrylic sheet.
The impact strength of PC endurance board is known as "transparent steel plate".
2. Good tensile strength, good heat resistance of PC endurance board, even at 120°C, its tensile strength can reach 350kgf/cm2.
3. Bending strength: PC endurance board has good bending resistance, even if the bending angle reaches 90°, it will not crack.
4. Fatigue resistance and creep resistance: The creep resistance of PC endurance board is better in thermoplastic plastics. Even at high temperatures, its creep is still very small.
(II) Thermal properties
1. Melting point temperature: PC endurance board melting point temperature 135°C, its continuous use temperature reaches 120°C.
2. Linear expansion coefficient: The linear expansion coefficient is 7×10-5cm/cm/°C, which is relatively small in plastics.
3. Embrittlement temperature: The embrittlement temperature of PC endurance board is -40°C, and the continuous use temperature is -30°C, which is incomparable to general plastics.
4. Combustion: PC endurance board is one of the flame-retardant self-extinguishing plastics. It does not produce toxic gases when heated at high temperatures.
