Easy to maintain/quick cleaning, the TAL series material loaders are mainly used for the rapid transfer of highly fluid new materials (main materials) or secondary materials directly to injection molding machines. The removable vacuum motor cover ensures quick and easy maintenance. A single-phase vacuum motor generates an airflow during the set loading time, which transports plastic pellets through the suction pipe into the loading door, after which the raw material falls directly into the storage door of the injection molding machine. This loading action continues until the storage door of the injection molding machine and the loading door of the material loader indicate they are full. With stable and reliable performance, the loading time, loading action, and selection of loading modes for the material loader are all digitally set and displayed via a microcomputer processor. It also features self-diagnostic and alarm functions. All models are made from high-quality stainless steel according to strict industrial standards, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
