The furnace body is designed with a double-layer structure made of cold-rolled steel plates, and the color paint is baked at high temperature, ensuring durability. The furnace chamber uses imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, with imported Kanthal resistance wire as the heating element. This furnace has advantages such as uniform temperature distribution, low surface temperature, fast heating and cooling rates, and energy efficiency.
The new generation ceramic fiber series muffle furnace features an advanced and reasonable structure. The furnace chamber is constructed using high-purity alumina polycrystalline mullite fiber material through a unique process. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, equipped with PID control, fuzzy control, and self-tuning functions, allowing for 30 segments of program programming and the ability to set various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. The crystal modular controllable silicon control and phase-shifting trigger, along with independent over-temperature protection, over-current, leak, and short-circuit protection, greatly extend effective service life. Comprehensive performance indicators are high and are at the domestic level.
