 1.Safe and environmentally friendly, protecting workers' health
  Alkali-free glass fiber has excellent tensile strength, does not wrinkle or break, is vulcanization resistant, smoke-free, halogen-free, non-toxic, pure oxygen non-flammable, and has good insulation properties. After being cured with silicone rubber, its safety and environmental performance are further enhanced, effectively protecting workers' health and reducing the incidence of occupational diseases. Unlike asbestos products, which pose great harm to human health and the environment.
 2.Excellent high-temperature resistance
  The surface of the high-temperature sleeve contains both'organic groups' and 'inorganic structures', which is a special composition and molecular structure that combines the characteristics of organic materials with the functions of inorganic materials. Compared to other polymer materials, its outstanding feature is high-temperature resistance. With a Si-O (Si-O) bond as the main chain structure, the bond energy of C-C is82.6 kcal/mole, while the bond energy of Si-O in organosilicon is121 kcal/mole, giving it high thermal stability. Under high temperatures (or radiation exposure), the chemical bonds of the molecules do not break or decompose. Organosilicon can withstand both high and low temperatures and can be used over a wide temperature range. In terms of chemical and physical mechanical properties, the changes with temperature are minimal. 
 3.Splash-proof, multi-layer protection
  In the smelting industry, the medium temperature in electric furnaces is extremely high, which can easily lead to high-temperature splashes (the same is true for the welding industry). After cooling and solidifying, they form slag on pipelines or cables, causing the rubber outer layer of the pipelines or cables to harden and become brittle, leading to breakage. This can damage unprotected equipment and cables. The high-temperature sleeve, coated with multiple layers of silicone rubber, can provide multi-layer safety protection, with high-temperature resistance up to1300 degrees Celsius, effectively blocking splashes of molten iron, molten copper, molten aluminum, and other high-temperature molten substances, preventing damage to surrounding cables and equipment.

  In high-temperature workshops, many pipelines, valves, or equipment have very high internal temperatures. If protective materials are not used, it can easily lead to burns or heat loss. Haotian high-temperature sleeves have better thermal stability than other polymer materials and provide radiation resistance and thermal insulation, preventing accidents, reducing energy consumption, and preventing the heat of the medium inside the pipes from being transferred directly to the surrounding environment, which can lead to excessive temperatures in the workshop, thus saving cooling costs.

  High-temperature sleeves have strong chemical stability, and organosilicon does not react with oil, water, acids, or alkalis.  6.Ozone resistant, voltage resistant, arc resistant, corona resistant
  Due to the surface coating of silicone rubber, which has a main chain of -Si-O-, it is not easily decomposed by ultraviolet light and ozone. The high-temperature sleeve has good electrical insulation properties, with low dielectric loss, voltage resistance, arc resistance, corona resistance, volume resistivity, and surface resistivity ranking among the best in insulating materials, and their electrical performance is minimally affected by temperature and frequency. Therefore, they are a stable electrical insulating material widely used in the electronics and electrical industries.
 7.Flame retardant, reducing the incidence and spread of fires
  If the medium transported in the pipeline is flammable or toxic, leaks can easily cause fires or casualties; cables often catch fire due to localized high temperatures. The high-temperature sleeve is made of extremely heat-resistant glass fiber, and the surface silicone rubber contains appropriate flame retardants and other special materials, giving it excellent flame retardancy. Even in the event of a fire, it can prevent the spread of flames and still protect the internal piping intact for a considerable time, allowing ample time for the rescue of data and important information.  7 Common Areas of Use:

  High-Temperature Bending Test
  After heating for48 hours in a constant temperature furnace at 260℃, there is no aging cracking or peeling of the coating layer observed.
  Low-Temperature Bending Test
  After heating for1 hour in a constant temperature furnace at -70℃, there is no cracking or peeling of the coating layer observed.
  Coating Test
  After continuous use in a constant temperature furnace, there is no surface peeling or dissolution observed.
  Combustion Test
  Non-flammable, self-extinguishing, and no spontaneous combustion (complies with UL 'VW-1' and CSA 'HFS' tests)
  Temperature Resistance Test 
  (2000hr) 260 heating test shows normal without any abnormalities
  (30sec) 1200 heating test shows fiber glass intact
  Flame Retardancy Test 
  Burning speed is no less than45s/25mm
