Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The components of plastic steel tiles do not chemically react with acids, alkalis, salts, etc., and there is no possibility of corrosion during long-term use, thus maintaining excellent physical properties of the product.
Using PVC resin as the substrate, with added UV absorbers, antioxidants, modifiers, etc., to ensure the product's service life. Even when exposed to ultraviolet rays, moisture, heat, and cold in natural environments for long periods, it can still maintain stability, ensuring long-term safe use of the product.
Excellent Load-bearing Capacity
Utilizing advanced two-layer attack technology in the industry, it has higher mechanical strength and physical properties compared to ordinary single-layer tiles. Tests by the National Chemical Testing Center show: under a purlin spacing of 1.2m with an added weight of 1500N, the deflection is ≤3%.
Strong Fire Resistance
The plastic steel tile has been tested by the National Chemical Testing Center, achieving a fire resistance rating of flame-retardant B1, making it applicable to all factories with emphasized fire safety regulations, and recommended as a safe and environmentally friendly roofing material by the National Building Materials Promotion Association.
Good Thermal Insulation Performance
The thermal conductivity of plastic steel tiles is 0.22, which is about 1/3 of clay tiles and 1/2000 of 0.5mm thick color steel tiles. Therefore, even without any insulation and cooling facilities, the thermal insulation performance of plastic steel tiles can still meet the demand.
Sound Insulation and Noise Reduction
Plastic steel tiles can effectively block noise generated by natural factors such as rain and wind.
