1. Plastic water tanks are an essential component of public water supply and water treatment systems for industrial enterprises and residential buildings. Rotational molding, also known as rotational casting, is a method of forming hollow objects from thermoplastic materials. First, powdered or paste-like PE materials are injected into a mold, and through heating the mold and rotating it in both horizontal and vertical directions, the materials evenly coat the inner cavity of the mold under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force, melting in the process. After cooling, the hollow products are demolded. Due to the low rotational speed in rotational molding, the products have almost no internal stress and are not prone to deformation or dents. The surface of the products is smooth and flat.
Plastic PE container features and applications:
a. The plastic PE containers are formed in one piece, without seams, and have a complete manufacturing process. The inside and outside of the container are smooth, aesthetically pleasing, non-toxic, odorless, acid and alkali resistant, high-temperature resistant (below 80°C), and freeze-resistant (down to -40°C).
b. The specifications and models of the plastic PE container series range from 40L to 50000L. The production process strictly adheres to the quality standards of the People's Republic of China GB9687-88.
c. Widely used in various industries including construction, water treatment, electronics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, brewing, vegetable pickling and freezing, greenhouse horticultural irrigation, aquaculture, textile dyeing, acid washing and electroplating, environmental sanitation, etc.

2.
