8. ◆ Ordering Process:
1. To improve work efficiency for both parties, when providing designs or samples, please offer as detailed information as possible regarding materials, thickness, process requirements, quantity, transaction methods, delivery times, etc., so we can respond quickly and effectively.
2. Based on your designs/samples, we will respond as soon as possible regarding feasibility. If feasible, we will provide you with a preliminary quotation.
3. If you are interested in cooperating, we can charge a sample fee for making prototypes, which will depend on the complexity.
4. Sample making time: (1-3 working days, depending on the shape)
5. Once both parties confirm the shape is acceptable, a formal contract can be signed.
6. Upon receipt of the deposit, production will begin.
7. Delivery time: Based on order quantity and factory production schedule; we will notify you in advance for friendly consultation regarding any uncontrollable natural factors.
8. Final payment: The final payment will be collected upon delivery by express or logistics.
