1: The printing surface undergoes affinity treatment, which provides good adhesion to PC, PVC, PET, and UV without ink peeling.

2: The printing surface will not exhibit delamination, layer embrittlement, or reduced adhesion under low temperature conditions (120℃).

3: The printing surface is particularly suitable for UV inline printing methods, enabling multi-color overprinting and improving production efficiency.

4: The coating on the printing surface has excellent tensile and elongation properties similar to the PET base film, thus providing outstanding performance in product doming.

Frosted Surface

1: The frosted surface has excellent scratch resistance, achieving up to 2H.

2: The frosted surface possesses exceptional chemical resistance, able to withstand corrosion from alcohol, ketones, esters, weak bases, weak acids, and other strong solvents.

3: The coating on the frosted surface has tensile and elongation properties similar to the PET base film, meeting the demands for high difficulty curvature in cold punching and hot pressing doming (circular or square, etc.), and is also suitable for small angle stretching.

4: The frosted surface will not experience edge bursting or layer peeling during punching and stamping processes. It can be laminated, slitted, or sliced based on customer requests.
